Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time.

The Service lets you create or join a household and share meal plans, recipes, and related content with its members. Content you add to a household may be visible to, and editable by, other members. Invite only people you trust, and only share information you have the right to share.

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Plus). Pricing is shown on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds and credits are subject to our payment provider's policies and to applicable consumer-protection law; except as those require, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable advance notice, and changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, and your use of payment features is also subject to their terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, scraping, or probing it.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service — including sending relevant inputs to our AI providers to generate results for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.

Meal plans, recipes, ingredient lists, and other AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, and food safety before preparing or eating any meal. The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. If you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements, consult a qualified professional. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, payments, AI, and analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
