• Household and family details — information you add to plan meals, such as household members, dietary preferences, allergies, dislikes, and serving sizes. You decide what to enter; please share only what you’re comfortable with.
• Content you create — meal plans, recipes, pantry items, grocery lists, notes, and feedback.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and device data — standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and interactions, used to keep the Service reliable and to improve it.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating meal plans and recipes for your household.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and related transactions.
• Respond to your messages and support requests.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence providers to generate meal plans, recipes, and suggestions. To do this, the relevant inputs you submit (for example, your household preferences and requests) are sent to our AI provider to produce a result, which is returned to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your content to train our own advertising models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers — hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, AI processing, email delivery, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Within your household — content you add to a shared household is visible to other members of that household.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most details directly in the app, or contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Family details you enter about household members are provided by you, the account holder, and are your responsibility to share appropriately.

We operate the Service using infrastructure that may store and process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
